How to get rid of belly fat

Two simple rules that need to keep in mind if you ‘re very serious about losing belly  fat.

1.        stop wasting time on spot reduction execrcises!
               Need to stop some excecises like that Twisting , Sidebend, abdominal punces. Because these excercises  don’t help to  the burn a lot of calories .because they focusing  on a very small muscle group.On the other hand  you need the focus on bigger body part  like your legs,  your chest  and your back and for that you should start doing multi joint exercises.So basically replace your excercises  like your abs, your beach with your multi-joint excercies like Squat, backlift and dumbbell swing. Which can help you the burn a lot of calories.

2.       Clean up your diet! 

                you  Can’t be eating  same kind of food which breed your currently abdominal flab.That’s mean get off all the sugar, all the white flour ,all the processed food for in diet complitly.That’s mean you can’t be eating  chocolate,candy, process sugar,noodle may of white flour, Pasta may of whit flour. Process food lik chips , cokes and so one so food because that’s reason why you currently have belly fat.So eat to avoid this compiltly.
