You worried  to obesity. you live in tension with obesity. You're so busy that you can not go to the gym and you can not exercise regularly. We tell you some ways  which you can lose weight. For this you do not need to try to separate. You just need to focus on food. You should eat an apple a day. You should drink the juice every day. You can drink orange juice. Mix juice is the perfect drink. In which you can use carrots and tomatoes . Mix juice reduces body fat. You should have MEEL three times a dayWe should make more use of green vegetables and fruits. vegetables and fruits must be fresh. We must increase the amount of spinach in food. Sweet curd must intake during the day. Leave sipping tea, if you would not do it so you should use green tea.  Antioxidants in green tea helps reduce the fat.you should eat home-cooked meal. We should at least go to the restaurant because here is junk and oily food which increases fat.
