Morning walk is the best and easiest exercise. The best medicine for health building is morning walk. Toilets should definitely be  before  going for morning walk. Dress must wear according to the weather But generally should wear light and loose clothing . We must walk barefoot on green grass in the garden and should not be much faster. You have to breathe deep and long. The atmosphere of the morning is pure and calm. Four or five o'clock in the summer and six o'clock in the winter time  is appropriate to excursion. Hilly and green area is the perfect place to morning walk. Delightful nature of morning to overwhelms the mind. Birds's chirp have been sweet music  to the ears. The body is filled with neo-pep. Day morning excursion persists agility in the body. each body part is workout by walking. Health remains good and the face is sharp. We should do also  yoga with excursion  so  more strength Come in to our body.
